GRUPO JRI UNVEILS ITS NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

On the afternoon of January 14, 2026, Grupo JRI SpA, the parent company of the JRI Group of Companies, officially inaugurated its new corporate headquarters, located at Luis Uribe 2295, Ñuñoa, Santiago, Chile, in a ceremony led by the Grupo JRI’s CEO, Francisco Rayo, together with the Founding Director of Grupo JRI and JRI, Nora Calderón.

The event brought together members of the Grupo JRI Board of Directors, executives from the holding’s subsidiaries, workers and special guests. Francisco Rayo welcomed attendees and addressed those present, highlighting, on the one hand, the high standard of the facilities and the strategic significance of this new space for the organization, and on the other, the transformation process the conglomerate has undergone over the past year. “The inauguration of these new offices goes far beyond a mere change of physical space. Their modern and attractive design very clearly reflects the high standards under which we have decided to operate as a business group, as well as the ambitious challenges we set for ourselves when undertaking the restructuring of the conglomerate” he stated. He also explained that the new headquarters plays a strategic role as the corporate hub from which governance, oversight, support, and the long-term, integrated development of the various subsidiaries and affiliated companies are coordinated.

The executive further placed this milestone within the broader transformation process experienced during 2025, highlighting the formal incorporation of Grupo JRI SpA, the formation of its Board of Directors, the implementation of the Corporate Governance Manual, and the definition of roles and processes aligned with the conglomerate’s growth and expansion challenges.

Following the speech, a recognition was given to Founding Director Nora Calderón for her dedicated and valuable contribution in leading the renovation work of the new Grupo JRI offices. This was followed by the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Francisco Rayo and Nora Calderón, officially marking the start of operations at the new corporate headquarters.

At the conclusion of the inaugural ceremony, the CEO of Grupo JRI referred to the growth process experienced by JRI since its beginnings in the 1980s to the present day, highlighting the family-owned nature of the company. “I have experienced this process since a very young age, as this is a family business founded by my parents. I have been able to witness with pride the expansion of my parents’ venture, of which I am now part as an executive,” he noted.

The new corporate headquarters represents a milestone in the consolidation of Grupo JRI, strengthening its corporate management and its long-term growth outlook in the mining and industrial sectors.
