On December 2, 2025, a very special milestone was marked for Grupo JRI SpA, as it celebrated 1 year since its legal incorporation as the parent company of the conglomerate that brings together six firms: JRI, CIMS-JRI, REICH-JRI, JRI Perú, Gerenpro, and PJ Inc. All of them share a long-standing history of excellence, quality, commitment, and development in specialized engineering, technology, and management services for the mining, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
To commemorate this first anniversary, Grupo JRI SpA organized a celebratory dinner that brought together the members of its Board of Directors, the General Managers of the Grupo JRI companies, and the entire Grupo JRI SpA team. It was a warm and collegial gathering, where the emotion and pride for what has been built during this first year, took center stage.
During the event, the CEO of Grupo JRI, Francisco Rayo Calderón, and the Chairman of the Board, Juan Carlos Prieto Rayo, shared remarks inviting attendees to reflect on the significance of this milestone: a moment to value our history, acknowledge the work of all those who are part of Grupo JRI, and confidently look ahead to the steps that lie ahead in this new stage. Afterwards, all attendees shared their impressions and experiences regarding this first year.
With this milestone, Grupo JRI reaffirms its purpose of effectively and sustainably supporting the development of the mining industry, strengthening the capabilities and talents of its collaborators, and upholding technical excellence, ethics, and professional rigor as its fundamental pillars.
