ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
OF GRUPO JRI

Integrity and transparency

All members of Grupo JRI must act with honesty and transparency, making decisions based on the ethical values of the group, and avoiding abusive practices or acts of bad faith. All actions of every employee, officer and director must reflect the principles of integrity promoted by Grupo JRI.

Legal compliance

We will ensure that we comply with all local and international laws and regulations applicable to our activities. Any non-compliance will be treated seriously and may lead to disciplinary or legal sanctions. Before entering into any partnership, we will evaluate whether the potential partner meets conditions that align with our policies and values.

Prevention of bribery and corruption

Grupo JRI does not accept any type of corruption or bribery. It is forbidden to offer, demand, accept or facilitate inappropriate payments or favors in all relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, state institutions and any other stakeholder. Any behavior that compromises the integrity of our operations must be reported through the corresponding reporting channels, so that the case can be duly investigated by our Person Responsible for Crime Prevention.

Conflicts of interest

Employees and managers must avoid any situation that may generate a conflict of interest between their job responsibilities and their personal interests. All potential conflicts must be reported to the appropriate company for proper management.

Protection of information

The confidential information of Grupo JRI, as well as that of our customers, suppliers and employees, must be treated with the utmost care and protection, through defined information protocols. Its inappropriate disclosure is strictly prohibited.

Training

Through the Crime Prevention Systems of the different firms of the group, regular training will be provided to personnel on ethics, compliance and crime prevention, seeking that workers understand their responsibilities and the implications of this policy in their daily work. An ethical culture will be fostered throughout the group, promoting responsible decision making in accordance with the law.
