Juan Rayo Prieto

Mining Engineer from Universidad de Chile, with 50 years of experience and postgraduate studies in countries such as Canada, the Netherlands, South Africa, and Australia. Founder of JRI, he has led innovative mining projects nationally and internationally, and held multiple managerial and executive roles, particularly at JRI, where he served as Technical Manager, General Manager, and Chairman of the Board on various occasions. He has extensive academic and applied research experience, and is a benchmark in technical audits and strategic planning. He currently serves on the boards of all subsidiaries and affiliates of Grupo JRI, and acts as Chairman of the holding company.

Nora Calderón Díaz

Businesswoman with over 40 years of experience. Co-founder of JRI, where she served for more than 20 years as Administration and Finance Manager. She has played an active role as a board member of JRI and several of its subsidiaries. She currently serves as director of both JRI and Grupo JRI.

Juan David Rayo Calderón

Electrical Civil Engineer from Universidad de Chile, and Master in Applied Mathematics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, France. Specialist in technological innovation, simulation, and numerical modeling. With over 15 years of experience, he has served as Head of Technological Development at JRI, and as director in various subsidiaries and affiliates of Grupo JRI. Past-President of Minnovex, he currently chairs the boards of CIMS-JRI and REICH-JRI, and is a member of the Board of Grupo JRI.

Sebastián Rayo Villanueva

Hydraulic Civil Engineer and M.Sc. in Hydraulic Engineering from Universidad de Chile, M.Sc. in Hydraulic Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands, and MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile. He has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, participating as project manager, discipline lead, and project engineer in various areas, such as long-distance solids transport systems, hydroelectric generation, process diagram definition, and instrumentation. He is currently Manager of the Pipelines Business Unit at JRI, and serves on the boards of JRI, Grupo JRI, and Gerenpro, chairing the latter.

Juan Medel Fernández

Industrial Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. With over 40 years in the mining industry, he has developed and implemented high-productivity management models, and held executive roles at Codelco, including: General Manager of Radomiro Tomic Division, General Manager of Ministro Hales Division, Strategic Planning Manager at Chuquicamata Division, and Corporate Vice President of Shared Services. He is an expert in large-scale project evaluation, and in building and leading high-performance teams at managerial, professional, and technical levels, with a broad strategic business vision and a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility. He currently serves on the boards of Grupo JRI, CIMS-JRI, REICH-JRI, Gerenpro, and chairs the board of JRI.

Gonzalo Araujo Alonso

Chemical Civil Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, Chile, and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. With nearly 40 years of experience in the mining industry, he has held various leadership and managerial roles at CIMM, Codelco, and SCM Minera Lumina Copper Chile, ultimately serving as Executive President and General Manager of the latter.

Alexander Letonja Cepeda

Lawyer from Universidad de Chile, and Master in Tax Law from the same institution. Founding partner of Letonja & Abogados, he specializes in national and international tax advisory, and has extensive experience in business and corporate restructuring. He has been a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile, and is a member of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

María Cristina Effa Raggio

Industrial Civil Engineer and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with postgraduate studies at Stanford University, USA. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, management control, project and investment evaluation, and revenue management, particularly at LAN Airlines, where she worked for about 10 years in various executive positions. She is currently Chief Investment Officer at Inversiones Torca, and a board member of several companies.

Francisco Rayo Calderón

Industrial Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, MBA and Master in Finance from Universidad de Chile, MBA from Tulane University, USA, and Certificate in Company Direction from Institute of Directors, UK. Specialist in Corporate Finance, he has nearly 15 years of professional experience, including 7 years as Administration and Finance Manager and 3 years as Controller, both at JRI. He also has over 10 years of experience as a board member of various Grupo JRI companies, including JRI and CIMS-JRI.
